HVAC Service Manager
Outsource is currently looking for a qualified HVAC Service Manager for a full time opportunity in Beaumont, TX area.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of all field labor in regards to the Service Department.
Worked closely with all Project Managers in regards to the scheduling and coordination of any/all service related issues as well as assist in completion of various projects.
Coordinate and schedule all service calls for current customer base as well as the quarterly fire inspections.
Communicate expectations of customer, installation team and any others involved in the project's scope, as well as expected timeline
Establish, communicate and maintain project schedule and daily work activities
Demonstrate ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities
Manage multiple project initiatives and maintain on-time and accurate scheduling
Maintain a working knowledge of current state of the art equipment
Ensure appropriate equipment is ordered, delivered and installed
Accurately track labor and other budgeted items involved with project management
Ensure customer is trained and all aspects of project have been delivered to exceed expectations
Complete punch lists and receive final customer acceptance
Follow through with post install items and change orders
Qualified candidates should have significant exposure to the following:
At least 5 years in a service manager role.
At least 10-15 years' experience in the HVAC industry.
Must have experience with residential, commercial and offshore HVAC systems.
Must be able to build revenue as well as manage customers on a daily basis.
Must have good customer service and communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
HVAC technical degree.
Requirements:
You must be able to pass a background check, reference check and drug screen
You must be able to get to and from the jobsite
