Description Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, debug, document, and maintain new and existing WMS applications Maintain application release control/version control Install and upgrade applications, including third party integration and hardware configuration Monitor, measure, and tune performance for all levels of system operations Modify existing programs, toolsets and databases as required by changing system requirements or equipment configurations Prepare sample test data, conduct testing, analyze test results, and recommend corrections/enhancements Support user needs , including solution recommendations and troubleshooting for data access from applications, answering software/database related questions, user permission management, and dataset creation automation Perform programming modifications utilizing RPG and COBOL languages Partner with project management and business partners to design and process workflows for enterprise systems Participate in the QA process including code review, analysis, and certification of software Adhere to the change control process, and create appropriate records to document development processes, including program code and technical documentation Assist with the development and documentation of standards and procedures Adhere to standards and requirements, evaluate enhancements, and implement solutions for performance monitoring, and system configuration, design, and implementation Follow established SDLC protocol to develop, test, and modify system software, utilities and other application software by coding, reviewing, testing, and debugging Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation Duties may change.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor s degree in Computer or Management Information Systems, or relevant field of study preferred 3-5 years experience with the design, development, testing and deployment of large application projects required Retail and distribution center experience preferred Knowledge of programming in AS/400 iSeries environment required; utilizing RPG IV, ILE preferred Relational database design and writing efficient SQL queries, DB2 and SQL Server experience preferred Proficient use of Version Control Software, specifically Aldon, preferred Experience dissecting and analyzing complex business processes for automation and simplification Experience documenting application code and processes Application of common SDLC methodologies and quality assurance concepts Ability to meet acceptable performance standards while working in both small and large development teams Ability to effectively troubleshoot, debug, and track defects Ability to collect and analyze complex data, evaluate information, and draw logical conclusions Strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills, with the ability to effectively address issues during development, or while gathering requirements Ability to establish rapport and maintain harmonious working relationships Excellent time management skills, ability to support multiple projects, and effectively prioritize and manage a large volume of work Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties (Sports Media, Graphics, Web, IT) Source:
