Job Responsibilities As Consultant for our pet food line, you will be delivering excellent customer service as you educate and engage store associates on featured products or promotions.
Additional responsibilities include:
Involving pet parents by sharing your favorite pet stories and asking and listening to their stories Working together with store associates to ensure that vendors products are maximized Maintaining a high working knowledge of a specific vendor product Representing CLA and its vendor in a professional manner at all times by adhering to all company policies and procedures Using a personal tablet to engage customers through our product application Job Requirements Additional requirements include:
Committed to conducting a minimum of 1-2 promotions per weekend in (4) hours shifts on Saturday and/or Sunday Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task Willing to approach and engage customers Passionate about animals and care about their well-being Competent at working independently with little supervision Regular access to the internet to perform job responsibilities.
Familiarity with apps on smartphones or tablets strongly preferred.
Reliable transportation and be willing to commute to work within a 25 mile radius Maintain an overall professional appearance during your shift (no visible tattoos or facial piercings).
Physically be able to stand for 4 hours and lift 50 lbs.
