SERVICE TECH JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Must troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and process transactions for customers.
Will require ASC certification.
Maximize customer experience by solving the whole problem.
Create a positive and professional customer experience/atmosphere for the customer.
Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, including answering phones and directing customer inquiries.
Talk to customers and assist them with their phone problems by repair, education or order of replacement device and looking for a potential new sell.
Meet service and repair goals and maintain high customer service scores.
Be efficient in diagnosing and repairing phones.
Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
Ensures that the ETICKETS process for service & repair is used on every customer interaction.
Perform inventory counts as needed.
Receive and process payments.
Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Connectivity Source policies and procedures.
Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous service and repair experience and outstanding customer service skills Excellent organization, problem solving and interposal skills.
Energetic and positive attitude Strong verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of wireless communication and computer skills Technical knowledge and strong customer service skills a huge plus.
Professional appearance.
