As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and contribute to our success.
Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our operational activities to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of our organization.
You will be responsible for overseeing key operational functions such as production, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and quality control.
This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused approach to drive operational excellence and support the overall goals of the company.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources to align operational activities with business objectives.
Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand while minimizing lead times and inventory levels.
Manage procurement processes to ensure timely sourcing of materials and components at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or the PVF industry.
