Job Description:
The Assistant Superintendent provides assistance to the on-site project Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
Assist Superintendent with daily schedule monitoring Assist Superintendent with managing and coordinating laydown, deliveries, notification of, planning Assist with communicating with Marketing/Community Relations on upcoming Social Media opportunities Assist Safety and Superintendent with jobsite Safety Ensure jobsite cleanliness
Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience in the construction industry preferred Great communication skills, both written and verbal Familiar with RedTeam Construction Management Software Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to provide quality results in all types of building construction - we work in all industries Schedule:
40 hours per week, 7:
00 am - 3:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
