This is a full-time position.
We are looking for someone who is a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.
You will be responsible for supporting the office manager with the day-to-day management and guidance of both the front office and clinical team.
You are also in charge of getting the office to reach its goals.
Your tasks will include overseeing and supporting the management of the office including Front Desk, Insurance Claims, coaching employees, scheduling employees, timesheets, handling staff and patient issues, setting monthly goals, and much more.
About the right candidate for this position:
The right individual for this position will have had management experience in the dental field.
Should know and completely understand how a dental office runs.
Should also know how to handle and manage people in a way to motivate and support them.
