You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
Your role will involve interacting with customers in person and over the phone, as well as handling various administrative tasks to support our customer service operations.

Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, actively listen to their needs, and provide accurate information about our products/services.
Issue Resolution:
Effectively resolve customer complaints, concerns, or problems in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring their needs are met to the best of your abilities.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, features, and benefits to effectively assist customers and answer their questions.
Sales Support:
Identify potential sales opportunities and promote additional products or services to customers when appropriate, contributing to revenue growth.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining customer records in our database.
Cash Handling:
Accurately handle cash transactions and provide receipts when necessary, following company policies and procedures.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Ensure the customer service area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials for a smooth operation.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software/tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
