The primary responsibility of the Service Coordinator is to assist the service supervisor in the daily operations of Mustang Cat Beaumont's Service department.

Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers Time entry for technicians Service billing Technical support Warranty Shipping and receiving Equipment inventory control Assist with service scheduling Coordinate repairs with Sales Rep and customers Position requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent customer service skills Professional communication skills:
verbal, written, phone, email, in-person Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strongly preferred
Experience:
Bilingual English/Spanish Knowledge of CAT equipment College degree in business, technical or related field Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
