The CSR is the first point of contact to greet visitors by phone and/or in person.
The CSR will greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, professional, warm and outgoing manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller's needs and route to the appropriate department.
- Maintains office supplies and other materials required for departments or projects activities.
- Photocopies, faxes and scans documents and other clerical duties as assigned - Assists employees and managers with administrative requests.
- Assists in parts ordering/parts inventory.
- Data Entry.
- Computer test proctoring.
Qualifications:
- Will have EXCELLENT interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be inviting and approachable.
- Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
