Reporting to the Associate Director of the Welcome Center, the Admissions Assistant Sr.
supports the Lamar University Welcome Center by assisting prospective students and their families with the various processes and procedures required to enroll at Lamar University.
What You'll Do - Position Responsibilities Serve as the first impression for our Welcome Center Refer guests to services across campus as needed Inform student of missing documents and incomplete file information Identify and resolve problems or issues with prospective and admitted students Calendar maintenance Provide effective and responsive service to prospective students Manage departmental email accounts and provide responses Responsible for CRM data management Oversee and create daily digital signage Assist coordinator and associate director in the execution of planned campus tours Serve as knowledge base and assistance to student staff Liaison between admissions operations staff and student staff Assists with all open house events and campus visits Assist in management of campus chatbot - Chirp Oversee admissions and university operations phone que, call center and campaign delivery Responsible for daily operations and system maintenance within Enrollment Services Other duties as assigned Who We Are:
