Restock supplies for the supply room, coffee bar in the lobby and break room, and change the Keurig filter.
Confirm appointments with client before noon the day prior to meetings.
Seat clients in the conference room.
Announce the arrivals to the FA's and they are seated in the conference room.
Clean the room after each meeting.
Schedule client's next appointment before they leave the office for all FA's.
New client phone calls; complete the Prospect Form and set up an appointment for in office, phone, or zoom before ending the phone call.
Give the completed form to the FA confirming it has been set.
Print client contact list every Monday to make sure all clients are being met with.
Put missed calls on the financial advisors' calendar or e-mail at the time you receive the calls.
Retrieve mail each day, sort, and deliver to the receiving party.
Place outgoing mail in the box to go out next day.
If something needs to go out that day the CSA will take it and drop it in the box before you pick up the daily mail.
Make sure all checks are put in the lock box so that they are not misplaced.
Update the Redtail CRM system for all clients (a list of items to be updated will be provided by the Financial Advisor or CSA).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
