Beaumont, TX 77701 Temp to Hire Kelly is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Office of Superintendent of Catholic Schools.
Interested party must be a practicing Catholic in good standing who has expertise in a service oriented team environment.
Knowledge and understanding of Catholic teachings, practices and organizational structure is required.
Individual must be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality, be a self-starter, able to think independently, and able to deal with multiple tasks.
An Associate's Degree in Office Technology, General Business or equivalent experience/training or a High School Diploma with at least three years administrative experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Power Point and data entry and prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is required.
Bi-lingual both verbal and written in English and Spanish is a plus.
