Overview:
Under supervision of the Box Office Manager, assist in the operation of the box office's implementation of the parking lot opperation while implementing and following procedures, along with overseeing the box office while scheduled at the Ford Park Entertainment Complex.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $12 to $18.

Responsibilities:
? Maintaining daily records of ticketing sales transactions, including but not limited to, daily sales, deposits, and cash ? Managing the box office window and phones during given shifts ? Utilizing our ticketing system and parking system to process for events ? Assisting in the enforcement of building policies for patrons ? Assitisting in the enforcement of traffic flow for parking ? Learning about the sports entertainment industry through the eyes of the box office ? Cutomer friendly and self driven to deliver an ultimate customer experience
Qualifications:
? 2-3 experience in an office setting, parking operation, or similar preferred ? Ability to perform effectively understressfulsituations ? Ability to define, analyze and solve problems ? Ability to coordinate box office procedures with other staff ? Ability to work variable hours including evenings, weekends and holidays and in all conditions inside and outside ? Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing ? Ability to safely and accurately handle and account for large sums of money ? Ability to handle difficult situations with courtesy and tact when dealing with the public and promoters ? Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other staff, event promoters and the general public ? Skill in operating modern office equipment including computers Strengthened by our Differences.
