The operations specialist will assist the operations coordinator who upholds the organization's strength-based philosophy with a growth mindset in all interactions with key stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and other community partners.
The operations specialist works with and under the direction of the operations coordinator to support comprehensive functions including office set-up, program on-ground logistics, equipment on-boarding and off-boarding, asset management, driving logistic management, and program related tasks as directed by the Leadership team.
Responsibilities Follow established policies and procedures for maintaining company integrity.
Assist in developing and implementing various asset management related procedures to maximize the effectiveness of our resources.
Ensure all offices are functionally operational.
Assist with office expansion research and execution Assist with program outreach logistics in terms of equipment set-up / break down Qualifications Minimum 2 years of proven related experience.
Good driving record Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with the ability to multitask.
Good problem-solving skills Must be highly organized and able to work well with others.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based computer application and database management.
Must be flexible / adaptable to change within work scope Must possess honesty, integrity, and professionalism Must possess regular travel flexibility Required travel - up to 50% of the time Job Type:
