Summary:
The Lead Maintenance is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the community.
Performs maintenance duties and coordinates the maintenance team.
Supervise and manage the inspection, repair, and maintenance of all buildings, apartments, common area facilities, grounds, and equipment related to the property and to ensure that health and safety procedures are adhered to in order to provide residents and colleagues with a safe, positive, and sanitary living environment.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation 3
years of multi-family maintenance experience Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance HVAC Certification Job Type:
