Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of email and online applications Completes work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members Knowledge,Skills and Experience required:
High school diploma or equivalent 1
years' experience in apartment industry or equivalent Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$15.
50 - $17.
00 per hour
