1 2 hours ago Full Job Description JOB PURPOSE:
Administers the Center's CORE training programs as necessary.
Maintains record keeping systems in Relias and SharePoint.
Assists in collection of contractor training payments, maintains a payment spreadsheet system, and audits and maintains CORE trainings.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in human resources, education, social work, behavioral sciences or a related field.
Education and related experience may be substituted for one another.
One year of experience delivering professional development sessions, training and/or presentations is required.
Experience working with IDD contractor staff preferred.
Must be able to complete required instructor certifications within 6 months of employment.
These certifications may require travel.

Yes KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Good spelling and grammar skills.
Ability to physically move equipment and assist persons of various sizes and weights including lifting, pushing, pulling, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling, laying in a prone position in a safe and efficient manner.
Computer - skilled in the use of technology with Microsoft Office and all Google applications.
Ability to learn new software and complete accurate data entry.
Ability to teach and demonstrate related CPR and SAMA skills, which includes lowering 30-50 pounds to the ground.
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
Ability to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:

or as scheduled in order to meet the training needs of the organization.
Availability of a personal vehicle for business use may be required.
Ability to work in both a team environment and independently is a must.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS OR CONDITIONS (specify):
May be required to interact with other consumers, referral sources, outside agencies, external training resources, credentialing services, HHSC, professional licensing organizations and external providers, and other Community Center training staff.
Current State of Texas Driver License or if you live in another state, must be currently licensed in that state.
Liability insurance required if employee will operate personal vehicle on Center property or for Center business.
Must be insurable by Center's liability carrier if employee operates a Center vehicle or drives personal car on Center business.
Must be comfortable in driving a Center van and teaching others on the procedures for operation as well.
Must complete all training requirements in month in which they are due.
Work will take place within office setting Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the state Ability to input data into computer, make calculations, complete paperwork, produce reports.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
