We're hiring a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our School Engagement team.
The temporary assignment will run approximately October 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.
We're looking for individuals who can complete the entire duration of the assignment.
This is a temporary position working 25 hours per week most weeks (during January, February and March hours may go up to 35 hours per week some weeks).
This position will work fully remotely, and location is flexible within the six states of our SW region territory including the states of AR, CO, NM, OK, TX, and WY.

Responsibilities Some of the responsibilities will include:
Create customized letters and emails using Microsoft Word Mail Merge features.
Update CRM database, Dynamics, with data and activity for donors, participants, and accounts.
Prepare reports.
Develop, coordinate, and maintain record keeping and filing systems for area of responsibility.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience providing basic administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience and knowledge with mail merges.
Ability to type.
Attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits Expected pay will be $23 per hour.
Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
