These duties include, but are not limited to:
General clean up/trash pick-up and disposal; Barge sweeping/pumping/general clean-up.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid, active TWIC card Must pass a background check Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test Must have reliable transportation Must have steel-toed boots Must possess a valid driver's license May be required to operate a forklift/skid steer Physical Requirements:
Walk up to 3 miles per day in the elements (excessive heat, cold, humidity, etc.
) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
repetitively Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs - including climbing in/out of barges Climbing stairs and/or ladders and work at high elevations at times (up to 50 ft.
) Kneeling, crawling, pushing and pulling Walking around on uneven, slick, or rocky surfaces Must be willing and able to work extended hours (up to 12 hour shifts, 7 days per week) Job Type:
