Construction Engineer - Port Arthur, Tx
Job Description Plan and execute capital project field construction activities in accordance with applicable premises, approved work processes, and standards in a safe, efficient, cost effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.
S.
on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Construction Management required.
Minimum seven (7) years working in a field construction environment within a refinery or petrochemical plant required.
Minimum four (4) years experience in the direct execution of capital projects and/or major turnarounds within the general refining and petrochemical environment required.
Previous experience working within the various phase gates required.
Broad understanding of each major construction discipline, i.
e.
Piping, Equipment, Process, Civil/Structural, Instrumentation, Electrical required.
