Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
Record and track Action Items and follow up on commitments for discipline leads, project managers, and clients Initiate new open projects by maintaining file structure, ensuring opening paperwork is completed, participating in kick off meetings Support Change Management including:
Recording scope changes Coordinating Deviation Notices and Change Orders Attend project meetings and record minutes Coordinate weekly discipline status updates Distribute, track, maintain, update, and distribute project documents as appropriate Maintain project data files - from Vendor and Client Schedule Quality Control timeline Coordinate squad checking of deliverables Coordinate project team communications Assemble and maintain Job book Coordinate Proposal generation including:
Scheduling proposal meetings Maintaining Proposal Status Log Coordinating estimate generation and compiling Updating proposal letters EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE High School/G.

Some college preferred Excellent written and verbal skills Scheduling experience preferred Experience in an engineering organization a plus Preferred previous experience related to Excel, Word, Microsoft office, and Microsoft Project knowledge Familiar with Engineering files Familiar with Engineering concepts and work flow Click here to apply.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
