Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and supporting reliability within the operation.
Responsible for managing numerous reliability improvement initiatives and projects to achieve desired results.
Perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures Recommend corrective actions on instrumentation and electrical equipment that has failed Scope corrective actions on equipment found to be deficient Oversee the field construction, verification of proper installation, performing loop checks and the oversight of final commissioning of instrumentation and electrical equipment associated with capital or maintenance projects Suggest and develop project management and repair optimization strategies Advise and assist on-site electricians, instrument technicians, planners and supervisors on electrical and/or instrument repairs.
Effective oral and written communications skills within all levels of the organization Be able to work independently & manage multiple tasks Job Requirements:
Knowledge of Field Instruments & Control Loops for process controls Honeywell DCS Advanced Process Controls SIS Systems Experience Needed:

years Instrument & Controls experience working directly in a petrochemical or refinery plant.
8
years engineering work experience in a chemical/petrochemical or refinery Experience in reading, using and developing engineering documents associated with DCS, PLCs, SIS & electrical systems (one lines, panel schedules, schematics, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, PLC logic drawings) Educational

BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Full Time Permanent Position for a large US Company.
