Foam Systems Global Market Manager (Emergency Response Market) - International Security Systems
The Global Market Manager will lead the marketing strategy development process and be responsible for achieving revenue growth and margin goals of foam agents and foam hardware in the Emergency Response market segments.
Responsible for the voice of customer, evaluating existing and new vertical market growth opportunities, build the comprehensive business plans and managing the execution of plans.
Roles & Responsibilities oDesign, develops and executes revenue-generating marketing programs for our direct sales team and channel partners on a regional basis.
oMust be capable of analyzing market data with the ability to take data and create regional forward looking market opportunities, trends and product requirements for foam agents and hardware including VOC oWork with Global Product Managers and Sales to develop strategies for key customer acquisition and overall market share gain.
oOwn regional brand and product positioning.
oWork with Global Product Managers and Sales to create sales forecast (modeling).
oOwn product pricing of foam agent and hardware products (margin) for vertical market.
oAbility to develop project plans, timelines, and priorities critical programs and elements necessary to achieve the sales and marketing objectives on a consistent basis.
oCreate and manage regional distributor (contractor) advisory board(s).
oOwn new product launches.
oAssist in the planning and execution of regional tradeshows with Global Product Managers, Sales Directors and MarCom team.
oCreate month end market summary report for management.
oAbility to work across boundaries in a matrix organization to accomplish goals.
oExceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Qualifications oMinimum of a four (4) year degree in marketing, business or an engineering / technical field.
MBA highly preferred.
o5-7 years of marketing experience in an industrial business (B2B) required.
