Responsible for establishing and implementing management systems and practices that focus on establishing and continuously improving effective and efficient Reliability and Project Engineering practices.
:
Ensures full compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.

Responsible for four direct reports and 5
indirect reports across Thio Activities:
:
Responsible to develop, maintain and implements Engineering policies, standards, and procedures for the Beaumont Site which conform to Arkema Corporate, PIP Industry standards, and employ recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices.
:
Responsible to develop, recommend and implement strategies for improving the reliability of the manufacturing processes :
Responsible to develop and maintain KPI scorecards for Project Engineering, Reliability and Mechanical Integrity Team/System performance.
:
Responsible to educates team members and stakeholders about reliability concepts and local reliability implementation :
Responsible for the PM (Preventive Maintenance) and PdM (Predictive Maintenance) systems and process in SAP.
:
Responsible for RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) or FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) on existing equipment and all new equipment :
Accountable to develop, manage, and execute the Beaumont, Houston and Pineville Site Annual Capital Expenditure budget.

Accountable to review, and approve site Management of Changes process.

Accountable for the development of long:
range asset management schedules and budgets :
Accountable to Performs reliability reviews of each modification or design change :
Accountable to reviews predictive maintenance activities, recommends changes to the type of monitoring, routes, frequency and equipment monitored :
Accountable to maintains or monitors equipment downtime database with focus on monitoring unscheduled downtime on key process equipment :
Accountable to monitors and performs trending and analysis of all PdM (Predictive Maintenance), PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) data :
Accountable to communicates the key asset management performance indicators as well as the company's KPIs (Key Process Indicators) :
Accountable to work closely with the Maintenance and Operations Departments in performing RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) and asset management improvement :
Accountable to generates downtime analysis reports and performs Pareto Analysis on results :
Responsible to manage and develop a team of engineering and technical professionals.
