Description:
Centra Healthcare Solutions is seekingan experienced Registered Nurse(RN) that is licensed or in the immediateprocess, and qualifies,of obtaining RNlicensure in this respective state to work as the Director ofQuality Management for a large urban hospital.
Requirements include:
Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
MSN required.
Current Texas license as a Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum of2years of Directorship in an acute care facility as VP or Director of Quality is required.
Duties and Responsibilities Assesses patient needs, signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Initiates and evaluates patient and/or family education.
Revises and documentsthe plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
