Qualification and
Experience:
University degree in Electrical Engineering a must 7-10 of relevant instrumentation experience, including knowledge of in-line instruments, analyzers, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), emergency shutdown systems, DCS hardware and interfacing, PLC system, Electrical load studies, NFPA 70E and electrical distribution.
Excellent and verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of current instrument and electrical standards and practices.
Ability to travel occasionally Position Description:
Create an Instrumentation and Electrical process to become the standard for all of our Client's facilities.
Collaborate with operations personnel and instrument & Electrical technicians in diagnosing Instrument and Electrical problems and issues:
develop alternatives, propose and implement solutions for long-term reliability by conducting root cause failure analyses and recommending preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Analyze instrument systems failure data and recommend instrument upgrades Audit Plant systems to ensure good practice.
Other duties as assigned.
