Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 10 years of experience in the specific technology or process is required.
A Bachelor of Science degree in any field and 7 years of chemical manufacturing or a similar industry experience is preferred.
Proficiency in active listening, clear communication, training, coaching, and developing.
Experience in a supervisory / leadership role of a successful team.
Strong leadership, teamwork attitude, and technical skills to establish a high performance team and culture.
A self-driven work ethic that is a positive role model for trainees.
Ability to assess training needs, translate job requirements into training requirements, plan and coordinate personnel training, and organize / develop instructional material.
Ability to assess training results.
Networking skills to utilize all expert resources at the site and throughout the corporation.
Presentation skills suitable to all types of training (one-on-one coaching, in-the-field training, casual small group training, and formal stand-up instruction).
An understanding of chemical processes and a strong knowledge of the technical documentation used within the manufacturing community.
Proficient with MS Office and Lotus Notes Position Description:
Serve as the training expert for the site and is responsible for the development, implementation, continuous improvement, and documentation of all PMU training aspects.
Manage and develop a team of subject matter experts in each unit, to develope, implement, present and evaluate training programs.
Coach and develop employees to establish a high performance culture.
Develop, continuously improve, and coordinate training to properly on-board new production, maintenance and other technician / craft employees.
Establish consistency and continuous improvement for operator qualification training.
Develop and continuously improve refresher training.
Utilize all available personnel / process expertise to achieve this requirement.
Create, implement, and continuously improve area specific and technical skills training to develop PMUs into operational experts.
Utilize all available personnel / process expertise to achieve this requirement.
Develop departmental PMU personnel training plans in collaboration with the Supervisors (who trains where and when).
Design and implement a process to continuously improve and standardize all training materials for the site.
Coordinate common training across the site and develop training material as required (Emergency Response, Site & Corporate initiatives, etc).
Embrace and actively drive continuous improvements and Operational Excellence, including significant engagement in the cultural transformation to Lean mindsets and behaviors.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
