Location: Beaumont, Texas
Basic Function
Manages maintenance and capital projects for the Beaumont Plant and is responsible for tracking and improving on-stream performance of the plant equipment.
Responsibilities
Manage the Maintenance Organization
Manage the Capital Projects for the plant
Track and report on the on-stream performance for the facility
Set goals for the maintenance organization and track performances to those goals
Supports safety and environmental efforts for the facility
Participates in ISO (international standards organization), ISRS (International Safety Rating System), PSM (process safety management), RMP (risk management program), and Responsible Care activities.
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
10
years experience in a manufacturing plant, maintenance/reliability engineering, or project management.
5
years supervisor experience
Working knowledge of text processing, spreadsheets, database usage, and equation-solving software.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
